SCOPE

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our website. The offer on this website is exclusively aimed at consumers residing in Switzerland (hereinafter "customer").

A consumer is a natural person who has business relations with cscarstyle.ch that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. Orders in non-household quantities can be rejected without justification.

Cscarstyle.ch reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. The version of these GTC in effect at the time of the order is decisive and cannot be unilaterally changed for this order. Conditions of the customer that contradict or deviate from these GTC are not recognized.

PRICES

The sales prices stated on cscarstyle.ch are final prices and include, unless otherwise stated, the statutory value-added tax and any other legal charges such as advance recycling fees (VRG) or copyright levies on electronic devices. The prices are purely net in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Any shipping costs, where not otherwise provided, will be charged additionally and are to be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are shown separately in the ordering process.

Technical changes, errors, and typographical errors are reserved; in particular, cscarstyle.ch can make price changes at any time and without prior notice. The sales prices do not include consulting and support services.

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The products and prices on this website are considered non-binding offers.

By placing an order on this website, including acceptance of these GTC, the customer submits a legally binding offer to conclude a contract. Cscarstyle.ch then sends an automatic order confirmation by email, confirming that the customer's offer has been received by cscarstyle.ch. Orders placed by the customer are binding. Unless otherwise stated, there is no right of return or withdrawal.

The contract is concluded as soon as cscarstyle.ch sends an acceptance declaration by email, confirming the shipment of the ordered products or services.

Orders will only be delivered after full payment has been received (exception: delivery against invoice) and if the goods are available. If it turns out that the ordered goods cannot be delivered in full or at all, cscarstyle.ch is entitled to reject the order in whole or in part. In such a case, cscarstyle.ch will inform the customer by email. If the customer's payment has already been received by cscarstyle.ch, the payment will be refunded to the customer. If no payment has been made, the customer is released from the obligation to pay.

PAYMENT OPTIONS AND RETENTION OF TITLE

The customer has the payment options available in the ordering process.

Cscarstyle.ch reserves the right to exclude customers from individual payment options without giving reasons or to insist on advance payment.

Cscarstyle.ch can charge default interest of 5% per year and a reminder fee of a maximum of CHF 20.- per reminder in the event of late payment by the customer.

The products delivered to the customer remain the property of cscarstyle.ch until full payment has been received.

DELIVERY, INSPECTION DUTY, NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTS, AND RETURNS

Deliveries are sent by post or courier service to the address specified by the customer in the order.

Cscarstyle.ch strives to adhere to the shortest possible delivery deadlines. However, any delivery times stated in the order confirmation are non-binding. Cscarstyle.ch is entitled to make partial deliveries. In this case, the shipping costs will only be charged to the customer once.

The invoice will be sent by email or post at cscarstyle.ch's discretion if delivery against invoice is offered.

If the delivery cannot be delivered or the customer refuses to accept the delivery, cscarstyle.ch can terminate the contract after notifying the customer by email and setting a reasonable grace period, and charge the customer for the expenses incurred.

The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt of the delivery and to report any defects for which cscarstyle.ch is liable immediately in writing by letter or email to the address in the legal notice (>Link) .

Returns to cscarstyle.ch are at the expense and risk of the customer. The customer must send the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, along with the delivery note and a detailed description of the defects to the return address specified by cscarstyle.ch in the legal notice (>Link).

If it turns out during the inspection by cscarstyle.ch that the goods have no detectable defects or these do not fall under the manufacturer's warranty, cscarstyle.ch can charge the customer for the expenses, the return, or any disposal.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

There is no right of withdrawal.

WARRANTY

Cscarstyle.ch strives to deliver goods in perfect quality. For defects reported in time, cscarstyle.ch assumes the warranty for freedom from defects and functionality of the item purchased by the customer during the statutory warranty period of usually two years from the delivery date. It is at the discretion of cscarstyle.ch to provide the warranty through free repair, equivalent replacement, or refund of the purchase price. Further warranty rights are excluded.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or the consequences of improper treatment or damage by the customer or third parties, as well as defects that are due to external circumstances. The warranty is also void for consumables and wear parts (e.g., batteries, accumulators, etc.).

Cscarstyle.ch cannot make assurances or guarantees for the timeliness, completeness, and correctness of the data as well as for the constant or undisturbed availability of the website, its functionalities, integrated hyperlinks, and other content. In particular, neither is assured nor guaranteed that the use of the website does not violate the
